Amanda Ryan is my Shero! If it had not been for Amanda Ryan looking at me and saying, “I got you,” I truly do not know if I would be where I am today. 💛
Those three simple words came at a time when I needed them more than she probably even realized. Starting and growing a business can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and lonely at times, and Amanda stepped in with a kind of support that went far beyond business. She believed in me when I was still finding my confidence, opened doors for me, and made space for me in a way that changed everything.
She did not just help me get my business off the ground—she helped me believe that I belonged here. She made me feel like I mattered, like what I had to offer was valuable, and I had someone beside me cheering me on.
That kind of kindness leaves a mark on your heart. The way she pours into others, supports women, and genuinely wants to see people succeed is something rare and beautiful. I will always be deeply grateful for her friendship, her encouragement, and for being one of those people God places in your life right when you need them most.

My Grandma Flo is my true Shero!
Though we aren’t related by blood, she became family when my dad married her daughter, who was my “mom”. She was the first to truly make me feel seen, a feeling that was so new and precious to me. My deep faith is a gift I owe to her too. And somehow she always seemed to have the perfect timing, appearing just when I needed her most over the course of my adult life. That special bond remains with me even now, even though she’s been gone since 2009. She shared her love of the art of crochet with me as well. Which has given me the opportunity to bring joy and blessings to others. An example she set for me. I miss her terribly, but still look up to her every day!!
I am grateful for my friend Monica Dee Andrea! She is a true hype girl, for me and for other women. She is one of those women who spreads love and positivity. Encouraging others and making us feel seen! Monica is one of my Sheroes!

Let me tell you about a woman who changed my life… Kimberly Santiago.
We met in 2021 after a simple Facebook request and instantly clicked.
At the time, I was still the woman who listened when people said things like “Are you sure you can do that?” or “That seems like a lot…” I was holding back, people pleasing and playing small in ways I didn’t even fully realize yet.
And then Kim walked into my life… and saw something in me that I wasn’t fully owning.
She didn’t question me. She didn’t doubt me. She didn’t try to shrink my vision to something more “reasonable.” Kim saw what I was capable of… and she has never let me play small since.
She opened the door to the arena for me.
Before I had a circle of women who think big, move big, and call me forward… it was her.
Kim is still my biggest hype girl. 💖

I see a woman who is the impact. Everyone she touches comes out better for having met her. She inspires so many women every day. But she also inspires me. She is my muse. My love. My joy. So today, for her birthday, we launched this platform so every Shero could be recognized. And for that, Jamie is a real Shero!
